You buy a ticket from the shop, they look like windows with fireworks, and they cost 2200p, 4400p, and 5500p. Once you have got it, wait for your tama to be an adult. Then, go to your items list and select the ticket. You will then see them go on a plane. They will come back with a password. It will stay on the screen for few minutes and you can type it in at the Travel shop at Tamatown.
