The house just encountered a Power Surge. I was playing my Naruto Game, I thought "Black out?" Then the power came back. I went to my Gamecube because I wanted to resume playing. I turned it off then on, the Gamecube didn't turn on. Then my mom told me to switch the plug in thingies. The Gamecube didn't turn back on.

I am thinking it blew a fuse. Or we need to replace the AC adapter, I don't know. I really wanna play my Gamecube. Could someone help me, atleast tell me if I need to replace anything.

Sounds like you might of lost your entire gamecube. My last computer got a smack in the face by a surge through the phoneline and it pretty much killed the computer except my D drive which was on its way to dying. It wouldn't turn back on either. I'd go get it checked, but I wouldn't be shocked if the microchips and stuff to run the whole thing are fried.

My brother was on the PC when the Power surge occured. The PC still works ^_^ I guess it ish because of having a recent Model

I got the Gamecube 2 X-Mas's ago from my Grandmother, I really liked it.

EDIT: I just found out we had a Surge Protecter hooked in! Now what?

Into the computer or gamecube? Keep in mind just because your computer was safe doesn't mean much else is. Electricity is unpredictable.

Anyway so you have a surge protector. Did you check that particular outlet is still working? Perhaps plug somethign else into it and see if it works. If the outlet is still working where your gamecube normally is plugged, and things other than the GC are workign in said outlet then I suggest seeing someone to look at your gamecube to confirm it's fried on the inside.
