Are you new to Tamagotchis? Or have just not gotten the hang of them yet?

Well, your troubles are over! This is my guide to Tamagotchi perfection!

How do I keep my Tamagotchi healthy? It gets sick/tooth-aches/mad at me alot!

Reminder: Don't panic when your Tamagotchi does get sick. You may have slipped a little on your care and your Tamagotchi couldn't take it.

First of all, keep your Tamagotchi's hearts at 2 hearts at least. This is for if you take your Tamagotchi to school and it goes into class with you. You can check on it every few minutes and I can guarantee this is the best method.

However, if you leave it in your locker or backpack (I don't recommend this for your Tamagotchi's safety) fill the hearts BEFORE you put it in. That way, it will usually not get sick and it will be at 2-3 hearts when you come back to it.

I still have problems. Why is this?

This may be because your Tamagotchi wasn't well cared for at first. It may be a not-so-good character, or simply wants a lot of attention! Otherwise, maybe you fed it too many snacks and you didn't notice before you put it away and then it had a tooth-ache when you came back. If it's an Entama/Uratama, you may need to put the clock to SET mode and pause it. Those are the neediest Tamagotchi versions.

How do I keep it fit? My Tamagotchi's overweight and I don't know how to get it down.

Play games. That should help. This is the chart for games, points and how to have it healthy.

Version 1

Dance: You need to do 30 moves in one game without messing up. You can lose a maximum of 2lbs.

Jump: You need to jump 30 hurdles in one game. You can lose a maximum of 3lbs.

Version 2

Jump: You need to light up the lights. You can lose a maximum of 3lbs in this game and win a maximum of 100p.

Bump: Win all 8 rounds! It's you against anonymous! You have to complete all 8 rounds and then the maximum points you get is 2000p and you can lose up to 3lbs.

Heading: Head 20 balls and you win! You can lose a total of 3lbs and win 100p.

Slots: Roll the wheels to win! You can lose up to 3lbs and win up to 900p.

Version 3

Get♪: You have to catch 100 musical notes! You can lose 3lbs and win 150p, 225p or 300p!

Bump: Win all 8 rounds! It's you against anonymous! You have to complete all 8 rounds and then the maximum points you get is 2875p and you can lose up to 3lbs.

Flag: Pass all 9 rounds to win! You can lose 3lbs and win 300p or 600p.

Heading: Head 20 balls and you win! You can lose a total of 3lbs and win 400p.

Memory: Pass all 8 rounds! You can win up to 600p and lose 3lbs.

Sprint: Win 8 rounds! You can get up to 300p and lose 3lbs.

Now you know how to keep your Tamagotchi fit!

If you follow this you can probably get characters Kuchipatchi-level up.

this is a very good topic for newbies to tamas!!!!I give you 2 thumbs up for this one!Great job! :furawatchi:

You know how if you hold A+B together it pauses, well while its in pause it doesn't grow older. It drove me nuts 'cause it took me a MONTH for my tama to become an adult (since I pause it when I go to school). Soooo I finally figured out a solution!

I PUT IT TO SLEEP! ;)

You just change the time to the middle of the night and it sleeps, and unlike pausing, it still grows older. Aren't I smart *teehee* :furawatchi:

How true

I know a lot about Tamagotchis, but since I have 7 of them running it's not too easy - believe me, it's very hard and 3 of those Tamas are my sister's :D ! But she hates them so she doesn't take care of them - why doesn't she show it and let my mom crush them with a hammer? Ah, well, I think I'll take the batteries out :furawatchi: .

Nice! Except for the topic of Version 1 Games:

You do not NEED to clear all 30 hurdles/dance moves. You only require to complete 3 dance moves and 3 hurdles.

You do not lose a MAXIMUM of 3g, you will always lose that much weight provided you have cleared 3 hurdles. If you do not clear any moves on the dance game, you will only lose 1 gram. Otherwise you will always lose 2 grams.
