How do you visit grandparents?!

I can visit parents but not grandparents. How do you visit them. When I go to parents I never see grandparents. Please help!

You have to be on your 3rd or 4th genoration

And when you do go to Tamatown and type

the password of your relitives in tamatallk,and you will get a bicycle
