How do you make custom id L backrounds?

Ok, so my id L is coming, and i want to be able to put a custom backround on it. So I have a few questions:

1. What is the best software to design it with?

2. Does the backround have to be pixelated when i make it, or will it automatically pixelate when i transfer it?

3. Do I have to transfer it via cell phone, or can i use the IR port on my laptop?

4. Is there a guide somewhere?

SO if you could answer those questions that would be great

1. The one on Tamazone under Japanese language tamas. Sorry, too lazy to look it up right now.

2. Pixelate? You draw it within the pixel limits, and I'm pretty positive thats the way it transfers.

3. Most people complain about the computer and agree that the cell phone is easer, but... do whatever you want, I gess.

4. Yes, there are directions under the one on Tama-zone. There's a topic here with someone asking about it, and it has a link to the software but I can't remember where, sorry...
