How do you get Training Points?

Yeah, If you read my sig you'll see the stats, but I cant train it. I have two bars, but I dont know how I got them, can someone please help meh?

If it's in a bad mood (back turned on u), giv it some praise.

If it calls for attention, but it doesn't need anything, give it a timeout.

If you have a gift wrapped, and you connect, but your tama gives some gift like a snake, etc, that the other tama gets mad at, give it a time out.
