How do you get a Rosetchi on the V5.5?

So I was wonderin' how to get Rosetchi. I really like Rosetchi. Its obvious but she looks like a rose. Can you please tell me how to get him!

Rosetchi is female and you get her by raising the first training option everytime and have your bonding level around 40-70%.
