how do to raise the friendship level on the tamago

i accidently had my tama awake durring the night, because i changed the time at night when he fell asleep so i could play with him longer. i forgot to change it back.

luckily he didn't die, but now the friendship level is empty, and i dunno how to raise it back up again.
