It only happends if you forget the body hearts and you are dilligent with the heart needs!

Accually it happens if you forget the hungry hearts. I have a hanatchi on my v3 and I did that on purpose, now I want Cathy to be a hanatchi and cody to my a mametchi, mimitchi, kutchipatchi, or a memetchi
