This is very rude, you know. We don't have to welcome them, but we do because we're polite. Are YOU? Anyway, if you don't know them, and want to know them, maybe PM them and get to know them, not say "who the heck are you".

But it really doesn't make much sense when you purposely go to an introduction topic and say "who the heck are you and why do we have to welcome you", because the whole point of these topics is TO BE NICE AND WELCOME THEM TO TAMATALK, not to say "who the heck are you".
