Hi guys,

Ok my mum and i made an agreement and she said that i could have the new wave 2 tama-go if i do some chores around the house. So my mum is going to buy it for me tomorrow [sQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE] and I'm just wondering weather its gonna be worth having because, i have heard good/bad things about the first tama-go and I'm just wondering if i could get your opinion on weather the new version is gonna be worth buying!!!

Thanks your advice would be very helpful.

i really like the tama-gos.

The main complaints i have heard and agreed with was: the lack of ability to name the tama, and the plastic face plate scratches incredibly easy.

I like my tama-go more than my v5 and v6 though. The figures are fun and i like being able to have the possibility of so many games and objects. It's more simple than the v6 but more complex than the v5. There's not jobs or anything like that for your tama but i have a lot of fun raising tamas on my tama-go. They can connect with all the previous tamagotchi connection versions too.

I really like the bigger size. I've heard it's the dimensions of the color and id etc. It's a lot easy to play with than the smaller ones.

It's definitely worth getting. :)

sorry, but that's not true. They can only connect with the V5 and 6 of the connection series, and other Tamagos. If you're getting the second wave, the screen doesn't scratch easily. Mine's a little scratched, but that MAY have something to do with the fact that I dropped it in a parking lot (they're bouncy, who knew??) But I agree, I really love my Tamago and when I'm itching for a new Tama I just go to Target, buy a new figure, and my crave goes away. :)

Definately get one, you'll like it.

Hey bestie.

The faceplate on the Wave Two doesn't scratch very easily at all. Beside, since it doesn't cover the screen at all, it shouldn't be a worry.

The new version is exactly the same. All that's changed is the design. I personally love the new ones...

Since I bought you a new figure, it would be a big waste of my money for you NOT to get one, so please do.

Besides, they are awesome and tonnes of fun, and you can't beat $13 for a TMGO!

Oh sorry, i don't have anything older than a v5 and figured since they can connect to them they can connect back further.

I have a wave 1 tamago and i wasn't aware the screen was different in the wave 2. The wave 1 does scratch a lot in my experience. It has only fell over once on my desk and once onto the carpet and some how it manages to be terribly scratched.
