Welcome to TamaTalk! There's a lot to do here to keep you busy, entertained, and there are a lot of people who are friendly and willing to help you with whatever the need. 
You should have already gotten and read a PM from Admin, the numero uno administrator (and not to mention the creator) of TamaTalk! The PM should hold some helpful info, a link to here in Introductions, and the rules. Another helpful link is The Users Guide to TamaTalk. It's got just about everything you'll need to know, and if you still have questions, you can PM a TamaGuide or Administrator, or a fellow member even.
So, you should just look around, get to know everything here. In time, you'll have everything you need to know down, and you'll be ready on the boards! Hope you enjoy TamaTalk, and again, Welcome!
EDIT: There's also a lot you can do that involves art! And there are a lot of skilled artist here on TT, that I'm sure you'll get along with well.
The Photo Album, with lots to do. Avatars, Art Galleries, and a main Photo Subforum inside!
