Someone already said it but It is Dragostea Din Tei. It is sung by the romanian/moldavian band called O-Zone. Lucky for me they are my favorite band and I was just thinking of that song. lol. Dragostea Din Tei is also known as the Mia Hee song or Numa Numa. Sadly Ozone broke up In January 2005. PM me with any question on O-Zone and I can always answer it. (At least I think so but I do think I can)
