Experiment. Try taking care of your Tama's in different ways. For example, Hanatchi is an Average Care Tama. Try taking average care of it. Like don't let it lose more than 2 hearts before you fill them up again.

For Urutchi (Wooltchi), take poor care of your Hinatchi.

And for the Dorotchi, I'm sorry, but I don't know about that one. I haven't gotten it before.
