How do you get the pet? oh and I only see the bro and sis not the mom and dad help!

You get the pet from a pure family, and what family are you exactly talking about?

I think you have to get 100% bonding before you can get a pet

The parents appear only during some certain animations: when you call for medicine, when you feed the children, when you play the Golf Putt or Shoe Match games, when you press the C button and get a C-button reaction. The pet usually appears only when you get a C-button reaction. The pet is not related to a pure-bred family's current bonding level.
