umm ok like the makeup and wings and teddy bear stuff like that my gotchi is a 1 year rite now so when will it get to use the wings and costume and make up ?

Most items you need to be an adult to use. The easiest way to check is to just try it. If it lets you use it- you can- If it doesn't let you - you can't.

you can use your teddy (V2?) now though, as long as you have a girl.
