I might be getting a new tamagitchi sometime this week and my sister is also getting one so I was just wondering can they connect like the other versions do.

They don't have jobs. They do, however, have pause. The pause feature isn't the same as in the other versions. In the v5, pause is in the form of a "Travel Show", where your family goes on vacation. It still pauses the Tama, it just isn't called pause.

V5s cannot connect to previous versions because of 1-vs.-3 in games would be dificult, and there is no Present feature.
