They said that advertizing web sites is against the rules. so how would i advertize the website (below) with out having it illegal. cuz i saw a girl that had "Click here cuz i said so" and she is advertizing it. how do i do that?

It isn't illegal. It isn't aloud to advertise by making a topic. Just post the link from the window in your sig and you'll be fine.

you can just do it in your siggy, (it isn't "illegal") and anyway, if the guides wanted to, i bet they could get her to take it off if it wasn't aloud

You are allowed to post websites (like a link to a video, a website you get information from, etc) if it's on topic. Just not personal websites (ie an invision free forum you made, your freewebs, your myspace, your zooreka, etc) in posts. You can put personal websites in your signature, as I see you have already done.
