help me! how do you post pictures on posts?

Hello, as you can see, i am quite confused with how to post pictures on my posts here on TamaTalk.

I am new here, and i want to start a tama log. The thing is, i want to add pictures with the posts, but i don't know how to. i am not very skilled with computers, so you guys know a whole lot more than me - i tried the research this, but due to my lack of computer knowledge, i had no idea what everyone was talking about - so if you can, please explain to me how to do it. ( and it's going to be difficult because i am so dumb with computers... sorry )

Go to imgur.com, click "new post", upload your image, right mouse click on the image and click "copy image url/link", now when you make a post on a forum you have a little picture frame in the post, click it and paste the url/link into it and click ok.
