I can't seem to find one for under $25 but I have found a few for 27 US dollars. 
This is a Pearl Blue one :

This one is new.
Both have free shipping. But, it takes up to 3 weeks - 1 month to ship.
Sad thing is that they don't ship World Wide, I don't know which area you live in but these can be shipped to United States, Europe, Asia, Canada, annd Australia.

They normally go for $25-30, not including shipping. Ebay is your best bet, as posted by GotchiGal16. If you want a yellow one, you'd have to get a US Tamagotchi Angel (not the Japanese "Angelgotchis") because there isn't a yellow design for the Japanese ones. The downside of getting a US Angel is that they're wayyyy more expensive than Angelgotchis.
