Help finding Stunfisk Slippers for sale online

Hi! One of my buddies on another forum really wants Pokemon Stunfisk Slippers but I can't find them anywhere! I'm not talking about the keychains, I'm looking for the actual slippers you wear on your feet.

Seeing they are from the Pokemon center they will be very expensive. Eh sorry i don't know where to buy them cheaper

The only way I can think to get it cheaper would be to get a friend from New York or Japan to buy it from the Nintendo/Pokemon Center store.
