Xing Nian Quai Le!!! (that's happy new year in Chinese) Happy new year everyone!! :D Yes, I also am a pig. On Chinese new year, my family and I have a great big party and there are these red envelopes called "Hong Baos" (pronounced home-bows) inside contains money :D some of the Hong Baos look like this They are always red and gold for luck. And you need to wear red for Chinese new year too. :D

Actually Its not the Golden Pig( ur like

:D :D :D )! Chinese people say it so because gold is considered lucky and fortunate

(i sound like a geek :D ! I learnt this when the lion dance people told my school). Its supposed to be The year of the Fire Pig. I'm a Pig/Boar! My sign is Cancer (The Crab) :D  .

I'm a chicken! (rooster actually but I like to think of it as chicken) and I'm Aries (the goat) this year isn't gonna be very good for me though, according to this chinese horrorscope book thingy ;) oh well... never mind!

Happy pig year!

Xin Nian Kuai Le!! We're celebrating tonight in my Chinese class.

I'm a Fire Tiger. ;)

The Chinese Zodiac has nothing to do with your Western Zodiac signs. I am a Libra in the Western Zodiac, this is because I was born in late September. I am a Fire Tiger in the Chinese Zodiac because of the year and time of the year that I was born.
