How do you get a Hanatchi? On a v3 or 4.5 please!

On the v4.5, you can't get Hanatchi, not even as a Universal character. Female Universal characters on this Tamagotchi are Mimitchi, Memetchi and Furawatchi/Violetchi.
As for v3... I don't know. As it is, I haven't ever gotten one on my v1. Not even after 104 generations. Not even after my generation counter got stuck on 99 after hitting 99th generation, only letting me get odd-generation characters or any-generation characters for adults (Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Hanatchi, Tarakotchi and Masukutchi/Masktchi). So yeah, I can't give you any advice. I think it's an odd-generation character on v3 though, but I'm not totally sure.

On the V3, hanatchi was my first ever tamagotchi!!!!
I just had 1-2 care misses at the teen stage.
Heres how my hanatchi evolved:
Teletchi>Tamatchi>the dude with the curl>Hanatchi!!!
