I think that, with where the bidding is at right now ($71), that is a pretty good price. When you take into consideration that each one of those tamas would be $20+ on their own, that is absolutely a great deal.
Also to take into consideration, though (and this would be a deal breaker for me), is that 6 of the 14 tamas do not have battery covers! But then, I am very particular about my tamas, and some people might not care at all.
You also need to take into consideration that you are getting a bunch of the same thing - mostly v3, a v1 and v2, and a v4. Personally, in my collection, I strive to have as much variety as possible, but if you really like v3's, then that works.
Also, they seem to have put stickers on a few of the shells. Personally, I am not bothered by a little bit of customization, but when it starts to look tacky, I stop liking it. This doesn't look too bad to me, though. It would definitely be something I would only do if I had a couple "regular", non-stickered shells of the same version, though.
