golden tamagotchi

I am having real trouble finding the items. I clicked on the ball in the toy store but only a password come up and I can see the paintbrush and when I click on the teacher nothing happens! please help me!!!!

Do you have any friends that have computers? Or maybe it was just a one time glitch, like when I went to the tama movies, watched part of a movie, then exited the movie and password for the poster kept popping up. The next time I went it was OK though. I hope this helps.
