but i have no idea what tampons r culd some1 pleaz tell me?

A tampon is just like a pad. Except you have to stick your tampon.... 'down there' if you know what I mean.

And you are not dumb. It's just something you gotta learn.

Also, if your nervous about tampons (which some people are) you should stick with pads first. To some people pads feel like diapers, so when your confident enough try a tampon.

Some people never wear tampons, and some people never wear pads, we are all different.

As an example, mix sugar into a glass of water and dissolve it, then let it evaporate, look at the sugar at the bottom of the glass! See what I mean

I just read on a site that when your chest and back hurt it means you breast are growing(I think thats whats happening)
