my breast where growing and everything but then they just failed it dosent look likr before have this happened to you?

If you mean failed as in they stopped growing, I'm 16 [almost 17] and I think they only just stopped growing or something.

They didn't grow properly till I got my period at 14 [Late lol] but you shouldn't worry it will work it out itself. It says on your profile your either 11 or almost 12, so you have plently of time for them to sort themselves out.

If I'm thinking right what you meant by "it failed", the same thing's happening to me. My breasts were developing quite fast (and I had to start using bras) but in the last 6 months or so they've just...stopped. I don't think it's unnatural. Maybe your body doesn't want them to be any bigger until the rest of you has caught up!

Don't worry, and if you're really concerned, ask your parents.

//Miffs :p

I am no expert on this, but I am sure there is nothing wrong really. :unsure: Breast growth goes through different 'stages', and from time to time they may just stop growing, and maybe some time later [days, weeks, or perhaps even months...] they will continue growing. :(

Anyway, I prefer mine not to develop too much, I think they could get in the way a lot.

Sometimes it depends on your weight and sometimes it doesn't. Like if you lose weight while you are still developing they might stop for a while then start again. Though that's only what I heard.

Well from something I watched about development, they might stop growing by a certain age, but it doesn't mean they are fully developed. I think breast development fully completes between your 20's and/or by the time you're 30. I know there's various stages of their development, but I can't recall them right now.

what i mean about failed is that they where growing and then it stopped it look smaller now but before it looked bigger

I think it could be your body and it's hormones are adjusting right now, so it's going to affect other body parts.

That happened to me but they didn't stop growing :wacko:

If you are concerned talk to your mom or see a doctor.

Anyway, your breasts aren't done growing yet. By the time you finish puberty and stop growing completely at about age 16 or 17 or even 18, most likely your breasts will stop growing. They'll keep growing until then so they didn't fail really.

Now if you keep gaining weight and getting fatter after puberty is over, most likely your breasts will grow with your extra weight. So that's also another reason why it's important to stay in shape.
