Ghosts. (O_O)

I'd like to be able to see ghosts, but I'm not sure how. It comes naturally to some people, but others either can't or have to work hard to be able to even barely see them.

I watched a video on youtube on how to see ghosts, and after i looked at the comments (which said it was a satanic ritual and that the words meant "ghost possesses," but luckily my computer was muted and I didn't say the words displayed on the screen), I got so scared that I slept with a rosary under my pillow for a few days, even though I'm not even Catholic.

But does anyone know how to learn to see them safely? And in a way that's not so hard?

My mom told me something strange a couple months ago. She said that when I was around 9 months or so I used to stare at the ceiling for long periods of time without blinking, she thought that I was looking at angels or ghosts... Pretty freaky if you ask me
