my teacher(it was a week ago ) i was having Band when this boy bugs me and then ms.stricon(lol it's realy her name) tells Me!" YOU ARE GOING TO BE THROWN OUT IF YOU KEEP TALKIN!"

Ha her name is ms.stricom,no oneder she is always stich,even at the wrong people

I say that's pretty extreme to say, in any case. Maybe she considers that her "warning". If this keeps on, and she's doing unnecessary punishments or such, I would tell an adult. Maybe a parent, or other school 'official'.

Tell your mom or another parent. Then maybe they could contact the school and say that your teacher is being very unreasonable and giving unnecessary punishments.

If it looked as though you were talking - you can't call the teacher you'll just have to ask to be moved. I'm in a placement at a school and I know how difficult it is to get all the children to stop talking, and giving a child a warning when they haven't done anything wrong [but you've seen them talking] is very difficult.

You have to remember how many people are in the class and all the teacher's I know are very stressed from the children refusing to listen. But that might just be my area.
