Limewire is not illegal to download -- but if you use the music and stuff, then it IS illegal. If you simply download a software, then it is not illegal. But if you are downloading the music without the permission of the maker, then it is illegal. It's like recording a movie in the theatre and then selling it in a separate tape... People do that, and it's illegal. Limewire is basically taking the music and putting it without the permission of the publisher or anything. If you have Limewire, I recommend uninstalling it. My cousin had it, and she found out it was illegal. She still used it until TONS of people told her that it was illegal and that she should have nothing to do with it.
If you have Limewire, I strongly recommend uninstalling it. Just to be safe! =)
