I know he's not a main charcter but I think Simasimatchi ought to be on the list just for pure awesomeness! ;)

But of course Kutchipatchi is the best- he's the one that reminds me of my childhood raising P1's and P2's ^-^

 
My favorite tamagotchi isn't on the list. Mine is Hanatchi :rolleyes:
