You won't lose anything in the chest area because that's supposed to be there anyway. In fact through losing weight the opposite will probably happen because all the weight will move. Don't entirely give up sweets or you will end up giving up weight loss entirely because it'll be too hard. Eat only when you're hungry until you're full, no more, no less. And if you want to lose weight then do something active that you like or try new sports. Good luck!
