Acually, Bandi CAN sue JD. This is because JD have called it Tamagotchi, and that's stealing somthing that's copyrited. And you won't sue INNOCENT people out of their jobs, because they choose to work for an illegal comany

I CAN'T BELIVE THEY WOULD DO THAT!!! AND LOOK AT THE BACKGROUND!!! THERE IS MAMETCHI AND MEMTCHI AND KUCHIPATCHI AND MORE!!!! I had actully bought one of these too...they are so copied from Bandai's origanal that took alot of hard work to make. SHAME ON JD!!!!
