Erm...Help?

Hi Everyone. Well. I Seem to be having Trouble figuring out how to make a Skin. (I have no Clue How CSS works, Sure, i know how to attach a Custom made skin and all that. But i don't know how to make one)

Ok, So Right now I'm in My Admin Control Panel thingy (i made an Invision free site about naruto (its not Finished though, So i'll probably put the link in my Siggy later) last Night....or 1: 00-2 am this morning...w/e).

So Anyway. How Would i do that?

I have no idea. But go to Invisionfree skins and they will tell you how to do it.
