Dreams...

I've never had a good dream. Ok, so maybe a couple funny parts in my dreams, but whenever I remember them they're bad.

I usually never have dreams it's just I fall a sleep and bang it's morning. I find that very strange sometimes. I also hear if you eat bananas before bed you'll have nightmares. I never tried it though. ^_^

Interesting....

Last night I kinda dreamed. It was just a line (representing a CD wheel from my mouse trap car for school.) a triangle and an oval.

I woke up becuase I was feeling sich. XE

Whoa! I didn't know that! The paralisis thing is SCARY! Hwo'd you put up with it?!!!

Well, after it happened I sat up with a start, and looked around to see where I was. When I saw I was still in my room, I lied back down and tried to go to sleep again, wondering what had just happened - I slept pretty restlessly for the rest of the night. I didn't know it was sleep paralysis at the time, because I had never heard of it before; the next day I immediately googled the symptoms and came to a pretty bare-bones site with information on it.

The nights following the episode, I was afraid to go to sleep, until eventually I got so tired I just did. It was fascinating, but frightening.
