Dream Town US Down?

Is Dream Town for US down or is it just me? When i try to log in to my account or register a new one i get an error:

Logging In

Registering

It has been like this for a few days now, so i know it's not a glitch. Are the servers overcapacity or has Bandai killed another tama town? Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
