Downloading pictures

I've seen people put links to pictures on here that they made.

How do I put a picture I want on a white screen with just the picture on it and nothing else?

I wanted to put a picture on my siggie on a different site and I can't do the image code.

Please help.

In real life drawing:

You have to have a fax machine. And press on scan. Then save it as .GIF

On computer:

You have to save it in .GIF and if you want it to move, go on iconator.com. That's what makes it move. Or if you want it glitterfied, go on glitterfy.com. Hope that helped.

Yes, that's how you do it.

And then you copy the URL and put it in the Tamatalk link.

Yeah, upload it on tinypic. Make sure it's one of the required image types though, or it won't work.

go to tinypic.com and click browse and scroll through to find the picture you want. click open and upload on tinypic. copy the link for email and IM (it will say on top) then go on "Add reply" on a topic, click on https://, delete the https:// thing and paste your URL and then the next boox type in what you want the link to say.
