Do you think that Tamatalk should have a great logs index, like Tama-Zone? I think so! It would really help people choose more logs to read, so I just thought i'd put it out there... Consider it!

Please explain what a "great logs index" is, since us under 13's can't register on TamaZone and find out for ourselves. If it's sort of "copying" TamaZone, I'd ask TamaZone's permission first.

Good idea, but I think first we should ask if people want it.

 

A great logs index, for all you that are wondering, is a page that the guides would create that shows some of the longest running, most viewed logs in Tamatalk. It would be good for people to look at when they're bored, or find new logs to look at. If enough people want it, either I or one of the guides, will contact Tama-zone and ask their permission.

I'm not sure...some people might have arguments like saying "so and so's log is in there but mine is better than theirs but mine isnt in there Im mad" and turn it into a competition to get your log put in. Plus, some people (like me) might get offended because they can't post in their log regularly so it doesn't get put in the great logs index. Many people would describe it as "defining that one log as better than another" and I think that would actually be quite mean, to choose some logs over others.

Overall, I think it would just provoke fights and lots of work for the Guides cleaning up all the arguments from the forums. It might even spread over to Chat!
