Yes It Does,

You have to get a mowhawk guy(mohitmatchi) then get young kuchipatchi or oniontchi then get most flower points out of all of them example:

pencil:88

sparkle: 33

flower:97

u have more flower points! thats how u get a kuchipatchi if i didn't explain it well look at the V4 tamagotchi Growth Chart
