Doctor's!

Hi guys. I have to go to the Doctors soon....I'm not sure when, but my mom is setting up an appointment. Why you ask? Here's why....

I lost five pounds in 2 days. x.x On Tuesday I looked at my weight, and I weighed 80 pounds. When I looked at my weight yesterday, my weight was 75....and the shorts that I was wearing on Tuesday were too big for me all of a sudden today! Quick weight loss like that isn't overly good....

I've been having TOO many headaches lately. I've been having headaches everyday since I turned 11, and I've been starting to get pains in my neck too now. Today I felt like fainting, and all da I've had this huge stomach ache. My food craving is gettign high, but everytime I gain weight I lose it right away pretty much.

First off, there's nothing to be scared of. Since it's a trained professional, i'm sure they'll know what to do. Or you could be screwed. I'm sure that won't happen though.

Just breathe. Somethings obviously wrong, but the doctors just going to tell you what it is and help you. Every time you get scared, just breathe.

Relax. The doctor is only there to help and you should be thankful that you are going. Don't be scared. The doctor will make you feel better, so just relax, breathe, and rest.

I can't stand the doctor. All they tell me is I'm screwed up in my height. >.> I'm sorry if I'm not 'perfect' for them. Thankfuly Jesus made me this way and thinks I'm beautiful no matter what the 'standard' is. Seriously. :L

Something's funky in there. I just gained like seven pounds in a year without growing that much. :/

My good friend gets migranes regularly, sometimes going to the chiropractor helps. Something about her spine not being alined right something or other.

Hopefuly the doctor can tell you something helpfull. My prayers are with ya'.

The doctor is fine. But.... just to be sure... *shifts eyes* *goes inside you* MY GOD YOU HAVE WORMS! XD just kidding. *gets out* usually if you lose weight quick it means you dont eat much or you have worms. Im kidding. its probably nothing.

Hmmm, sounds like you have a bug of some sort. It is a very good idea to go to the doctor immediately. Good luck with it though.

You should be glad that your parents aren't convinced that it's nothing, and won't take you to a doctor. Whatever it is, it shouldn't be your fault, right? And then you'll be feeling better, too.

No my worst fear is not the doctor but the fear of that creture a creture so awful i cant stand it it haunts me and lucks in your intestine its a *gulp* tapeworm aaarrrrggggggghhh!!!!!!!!!

I been afraid they can grow 60m long and live in your intestine eating your food they causes headaces and hunger pains and make you lose lots of weight!

I fear them they look awful ever since i saw one in a univercity help they have like 10 eyes *blech*

Well the good thing is that you'll find out what is wrong with you and then it can get treated. Personally I don't mind the Doctors.

Oh yeah, a tapeworm. That does sound like you have one. Once you go to the doctor everything will be just fine I promise you. I know many people that had tapeworms and they are just fine now You can kill a tapeworm by taking special medication orally; you won't need surgery or anything like that

I know you've probably heard this several times, but you shouldn't worry too much about going to the doctor. Doctors were invented to help people with whatever is ailing them. Be glad your parents recognize the problem and will take you to one. A year ago, I had a bad batch of mono, and my dad didn't believe anything was wrong, simply that I was tired. It took sending me to my mom's house to finally get me to a doctor, because she believed me (incidentally, she had mono also when she was my age). So just be glad you don't have to go anywhere except the doctor. Good luck.

If you have a problem the doctor will fix it. I know many people who have a fear of going to the doctors. At least you have an appointment!

Same happened to me, when I had shingles my mum didn't believe something was wrong with me even though it was really painful. I showed my friend and she said it was shingles (and she was right!).

It took my mum a week to take me to the doctors, in agony for a week! When we got there the doctor said if she'd taken me straight away it could of been treated in a day or two, but it took an extra week because I didn't go straight away. But I had to have 2 weeks off school and medicine for 2 weeks also.

I think what you have is a tapeworm. You probab;ly got it by eating some contaminated food. It' sno big deal. Your mom is trying to do the best for you by taking you to the doctor. S/he'll prescribe some medications to kill the worm.
