Do you think this is fair?

My teacher doesn't allow us to wear jewlery (Exeptions for earrings though) even though we don't do anything that it could get caught in... He says we don't need it because we're already pretty enough. But my friend Hannah always wears a ring and necklace to school... No one else can wear jewlery, makeup or nailpolish. I have no prolems with makeup or nailpolish just that he doesn't say anything to Hannah... And then yesterday I almost blew up... She put lipstick on infront of him!!!!!

What we wear jewlery for memory? I have a wrist band that says "Crikey" in memory of Steve Irwin.

So TT, do you think it is fair that they wear makeup and jewlery to school and no one else is allowed?

I'm not allowed to wear jewellery at my school either. Only stud earrings and a necklace with a cross on it.

If it's school rules then it's fair. School's not a fashion parade anyway.

Have you talked to the principal about it or anything? If there's a school rule about no jewelry, someone should complain that she's getting away with it.

Has the teacher you're talking about personally told you not to wear jewelry?

We have the same rule at my school.

But their is an expection if you have a necklace with a cross or you can wear just one ring.

My friend brought this braclet for some charity and she got it confisated because it was a braclet!

Makeup wasn't a real issue until just now.

Yeah I admit I wear a bit of makeup [i.e. eyeliner and mascara] but there are some girls who have full on makeup, like heaps of eyeliner and eyeshadow and don't get in trouble. >__>

I haven't got in trouble before.. but you know..
