I have one (I got it together with a Sanrio m!x) --- it's pretty much the same as the Nano and the only difference is that it has "easter egg" characters which varies by design.

They're cool and cute in general (I also have the rabbit case with it) and are perfect for folks like myself who are busy with life but can spare a few minutes each day to look after it.
