Digimon Protective Case

Any suggestions for a protective case for a Digimon? (specifically the 90's rerelease) I've done some searching and I can't find anything similar to the crochet cases for Tamas or the officially licensed Tamagotchi cases from back in the 90's. I have a pouch I'm considering storing it in, but I wanted to check before settling on that if there's a better way to protect them.

I have seen some Bandai cases on eBay that are from the 90s but they are not cheap ($100+). I have no idea about the crochet ones.

For stuff I’m playing I have a small box with removable dividers that will hold up to 4 Digimon. It is something really meant to be left flat on a table as they would bang around in a bag. A small, clear makeup bag that I picked up at Walmart works nicely for travel and holds a few. Any small pouch you like will work.

I've seen glow in the dark cases silicone cases for sale! That said with the textured shell, I don't have much worry about my DM20ths getting scratched. I do make sure to put a screen protector on the actual screen, but I haven't really noticed any issues otherwise, and I occasionally do drop my virtual pets.
Literally the only reason I never bought the silicone skin is because I think it's super ugly, but if you're really worried it'd be worth it. I want one of those vintage brick style hard cases but they're sooooo pricey because they're so rare! I'm hoping electronicdays releases an aftermarket version.

Do keep in mind that cheap silicon items like this will go sticky over time and leave a nasty residue on whatever you've put them on, though. Just something for everyone to be aware of.

I had a silicon case for my dexcom device. I immediately didn't like the feel of it, it wasn't sticky but... I could imagine it becoming sticky, if that makes any sense?

In light of the responses I think I'll just go with the pouch I mentioned earlier. I'm still a little worried about the screen getting dirty or scratched, so a screen protector might be on my shopping list now.

Also, it's really easy to learn crochet, and the tools/materials are really cheap too(one hook, and a ball of yarn). You could probably fairly easily make your own and even start your own Etsy shop for those interested in fabric cases(if you like)! I keep meaning to make lace "cases" for my tamas or digimon based off of spiderwebs via tatting, but that'd be more decorative than protective. I got hooked on lace making I haven't bothered learning knitting and I haven't crochet in YEARS

I take my silicone cases off when not using them so I thankfully haven't had the displeasure of running into a sticky silicone case like @Penguin-keeper noted. Thanks for the hot tip! I'll make sure to keep taking the silicone cases off when not running a particular device!

Good move! I learned this the hard way with a cable-tidy some years ago - it was only after this that I learned that the descent into goop is a thing.

It's a interest I've had for years but I've been afraid of trying it myself. It can be expensive getting into a new hobby, y'know? I'm surprise crochet cases for Digimon don't already exist, considering there are cases for more niche pets like the Motchimaruzu Hamsters.

Thankfully crochet is one of those hobbies that's only expensive if you let it. A hook and ball of yarn are relatively cheap(under $10 USD at even overpriced Michael's) and youtube tutorials are free But I've seen hooks and yarn for dirt cheap at thrift/charity shops too. The trick is to not fall into the trap of the "I wants!" with a bunch of accessories as we've been trained by ads, media, and people around us. :'(

And yeah, I'm surprised there's not ones for sale already, but again, it means there's an opening in the market for you!
