if u use secret 24 hour last it works and it aint all fruity and crap but it works the best

I wouldn't be scared of using it if I were you. 
The above posts have told you how and where to put it on, a lot of people over the age of 9 use it, so nothing to worry about. I personally use Adidas, it's really good.
