Connection problem...

Hi guys,

OK so every time i try to connect my TMGO with my V5 the V5 goes straight to the reset download menu!!! I have a pic, to show you what i mean:

Im sorry if the pic isn't very good, i took it in a rush to get to the shower Anyway my V5 is on the reset/download menu and my TMGO says 'connect' on the screen.

 

Can anyone explain why my two versions won't connect??? I know these two versions can connect i've done it before!

 

So please help, you advice would be great

This happens because your V5 doesn't have enough battery to connect. Change the battery for a new one and it should work fine.
