Confused

I have a Tamagotchi for Gameboy, and it's so different from my connexion, I'm confused! It always dies when it's 2, but I try hard to make it happy. Sometimes it'll have this spiral thing by it, and I feed it, praise it, play games, EVERYTHING, but the spiral won't go away!!!!! Anyone know what it is?

I believe the spiral means it's angry, so you'll have to praise it. I haven't played my tama Gameboy game in quite a while though, but I don't remember them being that difficult to take care of.
