I can't remember them but I'll give you a link, I'll just be a minute while I get the link.

Go here, then on the right hand side click connexion then click connexion version 2 then scroll down the page until you find the 5 codes(their near the top of that connexion version 2 page)

P.s the instructions for doing the codes and the codes are exactly under the games.
