but my whole school wants to be one..

Well i think labels are for soup cans, not people. And 'cliques' seperate and stereotypicalise (sp?) kids. However, our school does unfortunately have a few 'cliques' but we all mingle together. We have nerds, populars and goody-goodies but that's it. ^_^

Okay. I feel much better now. That quote is so annoying. And it doesn't describe "me" it describes "the vast population who think they're individual by using such an overkill quote"

I do have a "clique" actually. I don't understand why they have such a negative connotation. I belong to the "artists clique." :| Is that a big suprise? No. I also belong to the "anime clique" which shouldn't be a suprise ethier. But I honestly don't get why thats so bad. I like to draw, I watch anime. Anyone who knows me well enough can come to this conclusion. I don't belong in the "Wapanese/weaboo clique" because I don't.

See, and then I use "you" as a general term while referring to specific people, and usually the OP thinks I'm talking to them and write an in-depth paragraph. Then I have to go back and explain, no, I wasn't talking to you, blah blah. If I specifically refer to the person they get all hurt and complain to me about it.

I just can't make everyone happy, can I?

A lot of people have actually asked me if I'm goth or emo.. But since it's Summer, and I'm transfering schools next year, I'm a nothing. Last year, I was kind of 'out there', and didn't belong to any clique.

Well this is how pyonchit offended me:

She/he made me out to be some lunatic who used an old quote which apparently made me a wannabe individual. But i'm not. Is it really my fault that i wasn't aware that pyonchit had such a strong hate for that particular quote? because it's a free country and i can quote whatever i want, preferably without being dissed for doing so.

And pyonchit, your previous post seemed like this situation has happened before with some poor other person getting hurt because of something you said. Haven't you even learned from that experience??? And your last sentence was 'I just can't make everyone happy, can I?' but maybe you COULD if you didn't refer to people in particular.

Because as pathetic as it seems, it can be hurtful. Not even I know why but to be referred to by someone you don't know in anything but a good way is just really upsetting for some reason.

I hope you learn from this experience and try not to do it again. Then you won't land yourself in these situations.

Actualy you didn't use 'you'. You took two peoples' quotes and threw them out the window.

Well other people do it just fine, don't know why you can't.

I'm not a part of one really. I guess [at my old school at least] it was kind of a mix- I knew alot of different people.

well not really in my opinon? and who cares what pyonchit thinks? we all have are own opinons now...but of course me and pyonchit have gotten into argiements about being differnt and unique and blah blah blah....but we have gotten passed that

The group of people I hang out with at school aren't really similar. I guess you could say we are the 'writers'. Almost all of my friends love to write/read stories. And a few of them like to draw, too. We're mostly a group of people, who are in the 'normal' population at my school, and hang out together at lunch and during classes.

I don't really beleive in labels.. and I don't really belong to and clique! I'm just random, people adopt me into their clique.... XD

I go under many labels... even though i don't specifically choose to.. they just bring me in... more than one at a time.....
