I confirmed musta lintu32's answer with my two TamaTown accounts. Yes, other users can see the fire hydrant going through its animations.

[i'd also like to point out a spelling error in one of the clickables. When you pass your mouse over the computer in the CD-making building, it says "wellcome" as opposed to "welcome". Thought it might be interesting for others to see. ^_^ ]
I think the fire hydrant is the only clickable that other members can view at the same time. The other clickables, you can't see. I tried it with the Fiddler Statue near the music school, and the account interacting with it was the only one who that could see the specific animation.
