I think there is only one for V4. You have to enter five of the codes in this post: https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/index.php?showtopic=86623 and then you will get the cell phone.

On V3, instead of a phone, you get a rare Hohotchi costume - I believe.

You get a cell phone as a souveneer, from the parents in v3 tamatown, it dosent do anything though (duh)
